Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for human resources for the Council of Yukon First Nations. Overall duties include providing support to all departments in employee relations, staffing and recruitment, classification, staff training and development and employee performance evaluation, policy development and implementation.
Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration or relevant field and/or equivalency obtained through coursework and/or experience.
Salary: Level 10: $83,963.50 – $104,954.73
