Yukon First Nations Online Business Registry now live!

The Government of Yukon and Yukon First Nations Chamber of Commerce have launched an exciting new initiative to raise the profile of Yukon First Nations businesses. The Yukon First Nations Business Registry is a publicly accessible database that allows Yukon First Nations businesses to advertise their goods and services to the general public, governments and other businesses.

Yukon First Nations business owners can sign up beginning today by clicking here and following the instructions, including entering their business name and description, location and Yukon First Nation. The sign-up stage is the first in a two-stage process. The Government of Yukon, Yukon First Nations and industry continue work on a robust verification process that will take effect on October 4, 2021 and make the registry fully operational.

Please share this email with your networks, and help spread the word about the Yukon First Nations Business Registry. The more Yukon First Nations businesses there are on the registry, the more effective it will be.

The Yukon First Nations Business Registry is being launched to support the implementation of the Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy. You can learn more about the policy by clicking here.

The Government of Yukon’s Procurement Support Centre can answer any questions you may have. They can be reached at 867-667-5385 or contracts@nullyukon.ca.
