Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Family Preservation Programming and Policy, the Family Preservation Birth Worker will provide Yukon First Nations and Indigenous families with pre and postnatal support. This position will develop relationships with families through outreach services and connect them to the necessary services and supports. This position will also develop, implement and coordinate culturally appropriate pre and postnatal supports, services and programming for Yukon First Nations and Indigenous families.
Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in a health, social science or related field, and/or equivalency obtained through course work and/or work experience.
Salary: Level 8: $67,155.60 – $83,945.21
